TECHNICAL SALES AGRONOMIST

Location: Oriental Mindoro

OVERVIEW: The primary role of the Sr. TSA is to support the company in its market development and growth objectives by creating awareness and demand for the Company’s products within the assigned sales territory. DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES TECHNICAL 1.Identify potential field trial partners and farmer-cooperators and effectively execute these trials in collaboration with the company’s technical development team. 2.Gather, process and report data from the field trials in an accurate and timely manner. 3.Conduct regular product trainings to dealers, farmers and other relevant stakeholders. 4.Provide technical support at both retail and farm levels. 5.Manage technical or product-related inquiries or concerns from partners, customers and other relevant stakeholders. 6.Organize and conduct Growers Meetings, Field Tours, Harvest Festivals and similar activities to promote the Company’s products. SALES SUPPORT 1.Create brand awareness for the Company’s products in the area of assignment. 2.Identify potential distribution channels or volume buyers within the assigned sales territory and promote the Company’s products to these potential buyers. 3.Build and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential customers by providing exemplary customer service. 4.Potentially lead a team of Jr. Technical Sales Agronomists depending on the size of the market. SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1.Technical Knowledge a.Must have a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or any Agriculture-related course. b.Crop nutrition knowledge is essential 2.Language and Communication Skills a.Excellent verbal and communication skills b.Has good sense of judgment and is capable of making sound decisions 3.Mathematical and computation Skills a.Knows the basic mathematical operations b.Has sound logical reasoning abilities 4.Planning and Organizing a.Ability to achieve professional confidence and elicit cooperation from others b.Ability to coordinate a variety of complex tasks simultaneously 5.Computer Skills a.Working knowledge of basic programs to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, and the like.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Location: National

OVERVIEW: XANADU AGRI PRODUCTS is looking for a STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER who will drive the development of collaborative relationships to support the company’s growth objectives. This role will focus on seeking and forging high-impact partnerships with Farmers Cooperatives and Associations (FCAs), Local Government Units (LGUs), and other relevant stakeholders in the agricultural value chain. The goal of the Strategic Partnerships Manager is to establish mutually beneficial cooperation amongst multiple parties to improve farmers’ productivity and earnings thru the use of the company’s products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be tasked to: 1.Actively seek new partnership opportunities thru market research and network-building. Primarily: a.Well-established FCAs (Cooperatives and Confederations, Farmers Associations, Irrigators Associations, etc) b.LGUs with agriculture-oriented initiatives 2.Research and validate potential partners to identify areas of opportunities as well as risks. 3.Introduce the company’s products to potential strategic partners and highlight the cost reduction and yield increase benefits from using the products, as well as other economic benefits to be gained from participating in the program. 4.Serve as the primary link between multiple parties (supplier-producer-buyer) and assist in negotiating the collaboration terms, including supply and financial arrangements. 5.Facilitate communication between external partners and internal team members to support the successful implementation of the program. 6.Work closely with the company’s field operations team to ensure our partners’ needs are effectively supported. 7.Regularly monitor program execution, evaluate effectiveness and make change recommendations as needed. 8.Continuously cultivate and strengthen these collaborative relationships, making sure our partners are nurtured for the long-term. 9.Stay informed of industry developments, identify potential agricultural issues and opportunities, and advise Management on possible solutions or recommended actions. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 1.Proven experience in relationship building and management with a successful track record in partner development 2.With an established network in the agriculture value chain, specifically Farmers Cooperatives and Associations in key rice and corn-producing areas 3.Holds a degree in Business, Agriculture or any related course 4.Has at least 5 years of relevant work experience in business development or partner management 5.Technical knowledge or experience in crop management is a plus but not required 6.Previous experience working for an agribusiness company is an advantage but not required 7.Must be willing to travel domestically at least 80% of the time
